Execution of a judgement according to the Civil Procedure Code
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou výkonu rozhodnutí podle občanského soudního řádu. V teoretické části je analyzována současná právní úprava výkonu rozhodnutí, předpoklady pro jeho vedení, průběh řízení a seznámení s jeho jednotlivými druhy. V praktické části je pozornost zaměřena na vývoj výkonu rozhodnutí v konkrétních podmínkách České republiky.

The bachelor thesis is dealing with the problems connected with the execution of a judgement according to the Civil Procedure Code.
