School Climate Diagnostics at a Chruch Grammar School from the View of Pupils

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce je vymezení školního klimatu, jako pojmového fenoménu několika posledních let. Součástí je deskripce základních pojmů, které jsou v této problematice nejčastěji používány. Práce se letmo dotýká problematiky třídního klimatu a klimatu učitelského sboru. Zabývá se možnostmi diagnostiky klimatu. Zahrnuje nejen teoretické poznatky, ale také praktickou zkušenost v podobě provedeného výzkumu na konkrétní střední škole, jehož výsledkem je komparace školního klimatu na nižším a vyšším stupni. Část práce je věnována představení této školy. Je zde zahrnuta zpětná vazba v podobě jejího hodnocení.

Abstract:

The subject of this thesis is the definition of school climate, as a conceptual phenomenon of the last few years. Includes a description of the basic concepts that are used most frequently on this issue. It touches the issue of class climate and climate of the teaching staff. It deals with the possibilities of diagnostics climate. It includes not only theoretical knowledge but also practical experience in the form of the research on specific high school, the result of which is a comparison of the school climate at lower and higher stage. Part of the work is devoted to the presentation of this school. There is also included feedback in the form of evaluation.
