Abstract:

Absolventská práce se zabývá sociálním šetřením pracovníků Orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dítěte. Cílem mé práce je popsat postup sociální šetření. V rozsahu mé práce se věnuji rozebrání jednotlivých aspektů sociálního šetření. V konečné části práce tyto poznatky shrnuji a popisuji kompletní proces sociálního šetření. Stejně tak popsat metody, které sociální pracovníci mohou při šetření využít. Dále se práce snaží propojit teoretické poznatky s praktickými. K tomu jsem využila zkušenosti z praxe a informace z rozhovorů s úzkou skupinou sociálních pracovníků. Úryvky z rozhovorů jsem vložila do textu práce. Výpovědi sociálních pracovník podtrhují anebo oponují odborným materiálům. Má práce ukazuje, jak moc teoretické materiály prosakují do praktického využití sociálních pracovníků. Ve své práci nastiňuji různé metody, které může sociální pracovník využít. Jedná se o tradiční metody, modely práce anebo využití technik z jiných oborů.

Abstract:

Graduation work will addresses the of social survey by Office of the Protection of Social Rights of Child. The goal of my thesis is describe the process of social survey. Also my thesis describe methods which social workers can use during social survey. In the end of my graduation work I summarized and described whole process of social survey. Next the thesis is trying get together theoretical findings with practical. For that are used experiences for placement and interview with small group of social workers. I inserted extracts from these interviews to my graduation work. These statements of social workers support or rebut scientific literature. My graduation work shows how much theoretical material soaks in practical work of social workers. I shows in my graduation work different methods which social worker can use. These methods, models are common used or different techniques from another doman.
