Tato bakalářská práce bude řešit problematiku institutu domovní prohlídky jako neodkladného a neopakovatelného úkonu. The focus of this bachelor thesis will be on the issue of the institute of house searches as an urgent and non-repetitive action. House searches represent a significant intrusion into the rights and freedoms of citizens and the inviolability of their dwellings.
