Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat pracovní spokojenost zaměstnanců v sociálních služ-bách a to ve dvou záměrně vybraných zařízeních s péčí pro osoby se zdravotním postiže-ním. Srovnání pracovní spokojenosti jejich zaměstnanců v kontextu s různými stádii vývoje transformace sociálních služeb.
