Abstract:
Neverbální komunikace je nedělitelnou součástí života každého člověka. Podílí se na utváření prvního dojmu a provází celý proces komunikace. Zahrnuje mimiku, gestiku, haptiku, práci s časem, komunikaci předměty a celkovou image jedince. Řeč těla se ale v jednotlivých kulturách liší.
