Insolvency proceeding in glass industry

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma “Insolvenční řízení a způsoby jeho řešení“, pojednává především o tomto řízení v souvislosti s insolvenčním zákonem. Jedná se o popis tohoto řízení, kde uvádí nejdůležitější pojmy a postup insolvenčního řízení. Dále popisuje způsoby řešení úpadku třemi možnými způsoby. V praktické části této bakalářské práce je naopak podrobně popsán tento jev na příkladu konkrétního odvětví, jímž je odvětví sklářské. Podrobné detaily jsou pak popisovány na konkrétním podniku, který prošel insolvenčním řízením. V závěru této bakalářské práce je uveden současný stav podniku, možná opatření a návrhy řešení. Dokument popisuje historii odvětví a podniku a rovněž změny od novely insolvenčního zákona v roce 2009.

Abstract:

The Bc. Thesis named “Insolvency proceeding and methods of his solution“ concerns about this proceeding in connection with the insolvency law. The theoretical part focuses on the description of this proceeding, where the most important terms and the procedure of this insolvency proceeding are explained. The thesis describes three possible methods of solutions of the bankruptcy. In the practical part is this phenomenon described in detail on an example of concrete company from the Glass Industry, which has passed the Insolvency proceeding. In the final part of the thesis is presented the current status of this company, the possible measures and methods of the solutions. This document also describes both the history of this branch and this company. There are introduced the main changes from the novella 2009 as well.
