The role of social workers in the establishments of the Refugee Facility Administration after 1989

Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je "Role sociálních pracovníků v zařízeních Správy uprchlických zařízení po roce 1989." V teoretické části jsme se zaměřili na informace o vzniku Správy uprchlických zařízení a o jejím poslání, o jejích zařízeních, která se věnují různým skupinám klientů, a také sociální práci v nich. Dále na profesi sociálních pracovníků, jejich odbornosti, cílům a hlavně rolím sociální práce, které jsou v organizaci stanoveny. Praktická část je zaměřena na zjištění pracovních činnosti, které sociální pracovníci v jednotlivých rolích vykonávají a na identifikovat překážek, které brání sociálním pracovníkům při naplňování rolí, stanovených organizací. Popisujeme v ní metody výzkumu, jeho průběh a interpretace výsledků, které se vztahují k jednotlivým hypotézám.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is "The role of social workers in the establishments of the Refugee Facility Administration after 1989." In the theoretical part, we focused on information about the creation of the Refugee Facilities Administration and its mission, its facilities, which are devoted to different groups of clients, as well as social work in them. Further to the profession of social workers, their expertise, the objectives and especially the roles of social work that are set in the organisation. The practical part is aimed at identifying the work that social workers perform in individual roles and identifying the obstacles that prevent social workers from fulfilling the roles defined by the organisation. In it, we describe the research methods, its course and the interpretation of the results relating to individual hypotheses.
