Optimization of the cluster structure by the evolutionary algorithm method
Abstract:
Tato práce pojednává především o testování výpočetního programu zjišťujícího hodnoty vazebné energie základního stavu různě velkých klastrů vody. Tyto hodnoty byly získány počítačovými simulacemi pomocí metody evolučních algoritmů. Zjištěné výsledky energie byly poté porovnávány s daty dostupnými z literatury.
Abstract:
This work deals mainly with testing the computer programs for calculations of the binding energy of the ground-state water clusters of various sizes. These values were obtained via computer simulations employing the evolutionary algorithms method. Calculated values were compared with the data published in literature.
