Odměna za práci pro zaměstnance znamená nejen prostředek k zaplacení jeho životních nákladů, ale také finanční vyjádření ocenění jeho práce zaměstnavatelem co do kvality i množství. V této práci prezentuji kromě obecné teorie také výsledky provedeného průzkumu u společnosti ABC, a.s. ohledně spokojenosti zaměstnanců s jejich odměnou za práci, na základě kterých formuluji doporučení pro zaměstnavatele …more
Abstract:
This thesis consecrates on financial remuneration as paid by an employer to its employee for the work or duties conducted on the employers behalf. It also identifies how financial incentives can improve the quality and quantity of work produced by the employee. In my thesis i propose key fundamentals which can increase the motivation of employees in any company.
