Tato diplomová práce na téma „Označování zboží a služeb a nekalá soutěž“ pojednává o právech na označení. Zabývá se definicí základních pojmů soutěžního práva a především práva nekalé soutěže, konkrétně skutkové podstaty klamavého označení zboží a služeb. The topic of this thesis is „Marking of goods and services and the unfair competition“ and concerned the rights to mark. It mentioned the definition of basic terms of competition law and, mainly, the law of unfair competition, concretely, the states of facts of misleading marking of goods and products.
