First Responder and the KISS SHARP System in the Liberec Region

Abstract:

V případě vážného ohrožení zdraví se nelze vždy spolehnout na pomoc profesionálních služeb. Když jde doslova o vteřiny, je potřeba nalézt pomoc v nejbližším okolí. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem využití first responderů v přednemocniční péči. V práci je vysvětleno, kdo je first responder a jaká je jeho funkce v poskytování přednemocniční péče. Pozornost je věnována mobilní aplikaci používané k aktivaci first responderů. Jak zní přísloví: Jiný kraj, jiný mrav. A to obzvláště platí v nastavení různých systémů first responderů, které zde budou popsány a srovnány. V praktické části práce je představen průzkum možnosti zapojení first responderů dobrovolníků do přednemocniční péče na území Libereckého kraje. Cílem práce je zaznamenat počet zaměstnanců Zdravotnické záchranné služby Libereckého kraje, kteří se vyslovili pro zapojení do tohoto systému. Mezi další cíle patří shromáždění názorů dobrovolníků na podmínky případného provozu systému. Průzkumnými otázkami je hledána souvislost různých osobních parametrů a ochotou se do sytému zapojit. Závěrem je nutno poznamenat, že first responder má v přednemocniční péči svoje nezastupitelné postavení a jeho využitím je možné dosáhnout zvýšení kvality přednemocniční péče.

Abstract:

In the event of a serious threat to health, you cannot always rely on the help of professional services. When it comes to literally seconds, it is necessary to find help in the immediate vicinity. This bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of the use of first responders in pre-hospital care. The work explains who a first responder is and what their function is in providing pre-hospital care. The focus is on a mobile application used to activate first responders. As the saying goes: Different region, different manners. And this is especially true in the setting of the various first responder systems that will be described and compared here. In the practical part of the work, a survey of the possibility of involving volunteer first responders in pre-hospital care in the territory of the Liberec region is presented. The aim of the work is to record the number of employees of the Medical Rescue Service of the Liberec Region who expressed their wish to participate in this system. Other goals include collecting the opinions of volunteers on the conditions of possible operation of the system. Research questions are used to search for the connection between various personal parameters and the willingness to join the system. In conclusion, it should be noted that the first responder has an irreplaceable position in pre-hospital care, and it is possible to improve the quality of pre-hospital care by using it.
