The system of the further educations of the physical education teachers at the primary school

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je přiblížit současný stav dalšího vzdělávání učitelů 1. stupně ZŠ v předmětu tělesná výchova. Diplomová práce by také měla nastínit možnosti dalšího vzdělávání v souvislosti s požadovaným teoretickým základem. V teoretické části je definováno učitelství jako povolání a jeho odlišné atributy od jiných povolání. Dále jsou definovány kompetence učitele, které jsou nezbytné pro zavedení standardu učitele, jeho význam pro současné postavení učitelů ve společnosti, ale také pro sestavení kariérního systému. Dále jsou uvedeny tyto definice: další vzdělávání učitelů, (nejen odpovídající legislativa), cíl, úrovně, formy, ale také překážky dalšího vzdělávání. Tělesná výchova je odlišný předmět ve výuce, který klade náročné požadavky na práci učitele, který je ale nezbytný pro správný vývoj dětského organismu. Výzkum byl zaměřen na současný stav dalšího vzdělávání v oboru tělesná výchova. Výzkum odhalil rozdíl mezi skutečnými potřebami učitelů a jejich představami v oblasti dalšího vzdělávání.

Abstract:

The target of a dissertation is to show the present state of futher education of teachers of primary schools in the subject of Physical education. The dissertation should also outline possibilities of futher education in connection with a required theorethical basis. In a theoretical part teaching is defined as an occupation and its different attributes from other occupations. Then teacher's authorities are defined. Those are necessary for introduction of standard of teacher, its meaning for present position of teachers in a society, but also for building of a career system. The following definitions are stated: futher education of teachers (not only corresponding with legislation), target, levels, forms, but also obstacles of futher education. Physical education is a different subject in education. It demands a lot of hard work of teachers, it is also necesery for the right development of child's organism. The research has been focused on the present state of futher education in the subject of Physical education. The research has revealed the diference between real teachers'needs and their ideas in the area of futher education.
