Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá studiem vlastností tenkých vrstev chalkogenidových skel o složení As30S70 připravených metodou spin-coating. Tenké vrstvy o složení As30S70 byly připraveny z výchozích objemových skel různých složení. Poté byl studován vliv různých postupů přípravy roztoků na změny optických vlastností, struktury a chemické odolnosti tenkých vrstev.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with a study of chalcogenide glass thin films of composition As30S70 prepared by the spin-coating method. The thin films of composition As30S70 were prepared from different source bulk glasses and sulfur. The influence of different solution preparation procedures on optical properties, structure and chemical resistance was studied.
