The Great Most strike and her interpretation in czechoslovak historiography

Abstract:

Velká mostecká stávka, která proběhla na jaře roku 1932 v severočeském uhelném revíru, byla jednou z největších stávek ve střední Evropě. Během jednoho týdne se zastavila téměř celá těžba v regionu a další tři týdny horníci stávkovali a vyjednávali. Během těchto dní došlo k několik srážkám mezi četníky a demonstrujícími. Při té nejvážnější na soušské silnici v Mostě přišli o život dva horníci a několik dalších horníků a četníků bylo zraněno. Po celou dobu stávky se velmi angažovala Komunistická strana Československa, která stávku využívala i v budoucích letech ke své propagandě. V práci najdeme popsaný průběh mostecké stávky, reakce v dobových novinách, Národním shromáždění nebo také její odraz v divadelním zpracování. Ovšem hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit a interpretovat základní monografie, které o Velké mostecké stávce vyšly a také porovnat některé informace z nich s informacemi z obecních kronik.

Abstract:

The Great Most´s strike that took place in the spring of 1932 in the North Bohemian coal basin, was one of the biggest strikes in Central Europe. Within a week, stopped almost all mining in the region, and the next three weeks the miners strike and negotiate. During those days, there were several clashes between demonstrators and policemen. In the most serious on the road Soušská in the Most were killed two miners and several other miners and policemen were injured. Throughout the strike is very committed Communist Party of Czechoslovakia, which strike even used in future years to their propaganda. In this work we find described the progress of bridge strikes, the response in period newspapers, the National Assembly or in a theater. However, the main goal of this work is to evaluate and interpret monographs on Great Bridge went on strike and also compare some information from them information of local chronicles.
