Abstract:
Reklama je efektivním prostředkem manipulace, sloužící k propagaci v podstatě čehokoliv. Z čistě komerční sféry se přesunula i do dalších oblastí života každého člověka. Jejím hlavním cílem je snaha zaujmout a přilákat pozornost, což se děje stále agresivnější formou, proto je právní regulace, stanovující minimální požadavky na reklamu a její omezení, nezbytná.
