Anotácia:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaobírá tématem manažerské etiky v personální práci. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část, praktickou část a shrnutí dosažených výsledků. Cílem této bakalářské práce je zmapování personální práce s ohledem na etické řízení ve vybrané organizaci. V teoretické části se první kapitola zabývá vysvětlením pojmu etika, objasňuje vztah mezi etikou a morálkou a definuje základní přístupy etiky. Ve druhé kapitole následuje přiblížení významu a pojetí personální práce, úloh personalistů, významu etiky v personální práci a etických aspektů v práci personalistů. Třetí kapitola je zaměřena na empirický výzkum. Praktická část této práce obsahuje výzkumné šetření a analýzu rozhovorů, které byly realizovány metodou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Získaná primární data byla analyzována technikou otevřeného kódování a následně technikou zakotvené teorie.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of managerial ethics in personnel work. The bachelor's thesis is divided into a theoretical part, a practical part and a summary of the achieved results. The goal of this bachelor's thesis is the mapping of personnel work with regard to ethical management in the selected organization. In the theoretical part, the first chapter deals with the explanation of the concept of ethics, clarifies the relationship between ethics and morality and defines the basic approaches of ethics. In the second chapter, the meaning and concept of HR work, the roles of HR professionals, the importance of ethics in HR work and ethical aspects in the work of HR professionals are introduced. The third chapter is focused on empirical research. The practical part of this thesis contains a research investigation and analysis of interviews, which were carried out using the method of semi-structured interviews. The primary data obtained were analyzed using the open coding technique and then the grounded theory technique.
