Property tax comparison in the Visegrád 4 countries
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá komparací daní z vlastnictví a transferů nemovitých věcí v zemích Visegrádské čtyřky. Cílem je popsat, porovnat a zhodnotit jmenované daně. První část se zabývá teoretickými základy a historií. Druhá část se zaměřuje na legislativní úpravu v jednotlivých zemích V4. Třetí část zahrnuje souhrnnou komparaci a doporučení.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of recurrent taxes on real estate property and real estate transfer taxes in the Visegrad Four countries. The aim is to describe, compare and evaluate the above mentioned taxes. The first part deals with theoretical background and history.
