Diplomová práce se zabývá řízením a hodnocením kvality v sociálních službách. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout systém řízení kvality v sociálních službách ve vybrané organizaci. The main goal of the thesis is to suggest a system of quality management of social services in a particular organization. The first part is focused on definition of social services, their kinds and forms of provision. Moreover it deals with both, current legislative environment analysis, and an amendment Act suggestion.
