Dane z príjmov sú nevyhnutnou súčasťou príjmov plynúcich do štátneho rozpočtu a ich legislatívna úprava prešla viacerými zmenami. Cieľom bakalárskej práce je vymedziť predmet dane z príjmov s akcentom na príjmy z podnikania, inej samostatne zárobkovej činnosti a z prenájmu, a poukázať na rozdiely v obsahovej stránke podnikania podľa Obchodného zákonníka a podľa Zákona o dani z príjmov.
