The impact of the coronavirus situation on physical activity of preschool children

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, zda pandemická situace, která zapříčinila uzavření MŠ a neumožňovala účast ve sportovních kroužcích, měla vliv na pohybovou aktivitu dětí v předškolním věku. V teoretické části se zabýváme tématy, která se k danému tématu vztahují. Charakterizujeme předškolní období dítěte a jeho vývoj v různých oblastech, pohyb, pohybové aktivity a vliv pandemické situace v ČR na mateřské školy. V praktické části jsme pomocí dotazníkového šetření zjišťovali, zda rodiče před pandemickou situací provozovali se svými dětmi pohyb a poté zda během uzavření MŠ svým dětem pohybové činnosti kompenzovali. Dále jsme také zjišťovali, zda uzavření MŠ mělo vliv na zajeté režimy domácností. Dotazníkového šetření se zúčastnilo celkem 100 rodičů a dotazník byl vlastní konstrukce.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to find out whether the pandemic situation, which caused the Lockdown of Kindergartens and sports clubs, had an effect on the physical activity of preschool children. In the theoretical part we deal with topics that relate to the topic. We characterize the preschool period of the child and his development in various areas, movement, physical activities and the impact of the pandemic situation in the Czech Republic on kindergartens. In the practical part, we used a questionnaire survey to find out whether parents operated with their children before the pandemic situation and then whether they compensated their children for physical activities during the closure of the kindergarten. We also investigated whether the closure of kindergartens had an impact on captured household regimes. A total of 100 parents took part in the questionnaire survey and the questionnaire was of its own design.
