Security policy in the bank sectors in Czech Republic

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku řízení bezpečnosti v bankovním sektoru. Nejprve jsou vymezeny teoretické pojmy bezpečnostní politiky a zákoník práce. Následně je popsán aktuální stav bezpečnostní politiky v soukromém sektoru, konkrétně v bankovní instituci. Důležitou součástí je vymezení legislativního pohledu na bezpečnostní politiku obou oblastí veřejného sektoru této práce. Stanoveným cílem je představení bezpečnostní politiky zaměstnanců, a následné porovnání bezpečnostní politiky s jiným typem společnosti, kdy budou určeny společné znaky a rozdíly.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on security risk management in the banking sector. At first, the theoretical concepts of security policy and the Labour Code are defined. Secondly, the current state of security policy in the private sector is described, particularly in the banking institution. An important part is the definition of a legislative perspective on the security policy in both areas of the public sector work. The objective is to show security policy staff, and then compare security policy with another type of society, where they identified common features and differences.
