The Pedagogical Counseling of Teacher in Kindergarten

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce "Pedagogické poradenství učitelky v mateřské škole" se zabývá pedagogickým poradenstvím v mateřské škole. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí - teoretické a průzkumné. V teoretické části se zaměřuji na definici poradenství v mateřské škole, funkci a základní úkoly výchovného poradenství, roli učitelky v poradenství a její kompetence jako pedagogického poradce. Dále popisuji průběh poradenského procesu a jeho specifika, komunikaci v průběhu poradenské činnosti učitelky mateřské školy a její připravenost na komunikaci s klienty v případě konkrétní problematiky dítěte. Nakonec se zabývám výchovnými problémy dětí v mateřské škole a spoluprací v poradenství s jinými subjekty. Hlavním cílem průzkumu v druhé části mé bakalářské práce je zjistit, jak v současnosti probíhá pedagogické poradenství v mateřských školách z pohledu učitelek mateřských škol. Ke zjištění faktu jsem použila metodu moderovaného rozhovoru a dotazníku. Z odpovědí v průzkumné části je zřetelné, že ve většině mateřských škol probíhá pedagogické poradenství, učitelky mateřských škol jej provádějí samy ze svého zájmu a k řešení konkrétního případu přistupují individuálně.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis "The Pedagogical Counselling of Teachers in Kindergarten" focuses on pedagogical counselling in kindergartens. The thesis consists of two sections: a theoretical part and a survey. The theoretical part focuses on the definition of counselling in kindergartens, the function and primary tasks of educational counselling, the role of a teacher in counselling and her/his competence as a pedagogical counsellor. Furthermore, course of the counselling process and its specifics, communications during the counselling activities conducted by a kindergarten teacher, and her/his preparedness for communication with clients in case of a specific problem of a particular child are described in detail. Finally, the educational issues of kindergarten children and cooperation with other counselling subjects are addressed. The primary aim of the survey that forms the second part of the thesis is to define the current forms and structure of pedagogical counselling in kindergartens from the perspective of kindergarten teachers. The following methods were applied to determine the facts: moderated interview, and questionnaire. The answers obtained in the course of the survey have clearly shown that pedagogical counselling takes place in the majority of kindergartens; kindergarten teachers conduct it themselves out of their own concern, and particular cases are solved individually.
