Tato práce přibližuje situaci absolventů středních škol a učilišť, a to hlavně v oboru gastronomie, po roce 2008. Zabývá se studiemi dvou nejnovějších publikací a zaměřuje se dále na vývoj této situace v Ostravě. This bachelor thesis describes the situation of secondary school and vocational school alumni, particularly those in gastronomy, after 2008. The thesis deals with studies of two latest publications and focuses on progress of the situation in Ostrava.
