Satisfaction and motivation of employees

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je odkrýt aktuální stav pracovní motivace a spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti Saunia, s. r. o. prostřednictvím vlastního dotazníkového šetření ve firmě. Následně na základě zjištěných výsledků navrhnout vhodná opatření a doporučení pro zlepšení stavu pracovní spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve společnosti. Zpočátku jsou v práci teoreticky vymezeny základní ideje - motivace, vybrané teorie motivace pracovního chování, stimulace a pracovní spokojenost. V praktické části je představena společnost Saunia, s. r. o., ve které byl průzkum pracovní spokojenosti realizován. V závěru práce jsou zpracovány výsledky dotazníkového šetření a odkryty kritické oblasti výzkumu, na jejichž základě jsou navržena doporučení na zlepšení motivace a spokojenosti zaměstnanců společnosti Saunia, s. r. o.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to determine the current state of motivation and satisfaction of the employees in the selected company Saunia, Ltd. Through the questionnaire survey distributed throughout the company. Then, on the basis of the findings, proposal for appropriate measures and recommendations to improve the employee's work satisfaction in the company was made. At the beginning, theoretical definition of the basic ideas - motivation, selected theories of motivation of working behavior, stimulation and job satisfaction, was conducted. The practical part introduces Saunia, Ltd., in which the job satisfaction survey was carried out. At the end of the thesis, the results of the analysis and the revelations of the critical area of research on the basis of which recommendations are proposed for improving the motivation and satisfaction of employees of Saunia, Ltd. are assessed.
