Proposal of managerial system for performance mission of the organization formed by association of health care facilities

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na oblast managementu a zdravotnictví. Kombinací těchto dvou fenoménů dnešní turbulentní doby je management ve zdravotnictví. Výsledek této kombinace je výchozím bodem diplomové práce. Aktuálnost tématu managementu ve zdravotnictví podtrhují skutečnosti týkající se rozvoje medicíny a především technologií medicínou používaných, které přinášejí nové možnosti v oboru, na straně jedné a nejnovější znalosti o managementu jako systému řízení na straně druhé. Předmět diplomové práce je založen na teoretickém zkoumání možnosti aplikace systému managementu výkonu poslání v reálném zdravotnickém zařízení které vzniklo fúzí. Cílem práce je navrhnout systém managementu zdravotnického zařízení jako teoretické metody pro zkoumanou organizaci. Teoretická část práce věnuje pozornost poznatkům vyplývajícím ze současného a aktuálního stavu vědění v oblasti systému managementu s přihlédnutím na specifika zdravotnického segmentu, definuje východiska a věnuje pozornost metodám řešení. Aplikace metod a přístupů je založena na dostupných literálních pramenech z oblasti systému managementu zdravotnických zařízení. Navazující analytická část popisuje vybrané zdravotnické zařízení a v potřebné míře podrobnosti zachycuje analýzy řešeného problému a čerpá z poznatků vzešlých z teoretické části. Závěrečná návrhová část zohledňuje poznatky teoretické a analytické části a obsahuje návrh systému managementu výkonu poslání pro zdravotnické zařízení, které nově vzniklo fůzí několika samostatných zdravotnických zařízení a to formou teoretické metodiky.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis is focused on area of management and health care. Combining these two phenomena in these turbulent times is the management of health care. The result of this combination is the starting point of the thesis. Topicality Health Management underline the facts relating to the development of medical technology and especially medicine used to bring new opportunities in the field, on the one hand, and the latest knowledge about management as a management system on the other. The subject of the thesis is based on a theoretical exploration of the possibilities for application performance management systems in real mission healthcare facility resulting from the merger. The aim is to design a management system of medical equipment as theoretical methods for studying the organization. The theoretical part pays attention to knowledge arising from the current and the current state of knowledge concerning the management system with regard to the specifics of the medical segment, defined basis and pays attention to the methods of solution. Application of methods and approaches were based on literal sources from the management system of medical facilities. Related analytical section describes selected medical devices and the necessary level of detail shows the analysis of the problem and draws on the findings arising from the theoretical part. The final part of the design reflects the findings of theoretical and analytical parts and includes system design performance management mission for medical devices, which recently formed by the merger of several independent healthcare facilities in the form of theoretical methodology.
