Strategic analysis of Zásilkovna s.r.o.

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je poskytnutí strategických doporučení společnosti Zásilkovna s.r.o., které vypracuji na základě strategické analýzy a výstupů z ní plynoucích. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, tedy na teoretickou a praktickou část. V rámci teoretické části se budu věnovat popsání základní terminologie, postupů a metod, v praktické části budu metody a postupy prakticky aplikovat na data a informace týkající se analyzované společnosti. Samotná strategická analýza se dělí na externí analýzu, interní analýzu a syntézu. Externí analýza se věnuje makrookolí společnosti, odvětví, v němž podnik podniká a hlavním konkurentům, přičemž cílem této části je nalézt příležitosti a hrozby, které se v okolí vyskytují. Interní analýza spočívá ve zkoumáni vnitřních zdrojů a schopností, kterými společnost disponuje a cílem interní analýzy je nalézt silné a slabé stránky podniku. Syntéza shrnuje získané poznatky a dodává závěry a doporučení.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to provide strategic recommendations to the company Zásilkovna s.r.o., that I will develop on the basis of a strategic analysis and the results arising from it. The work is divided into two parts, the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part I will describe the basic terminology, procedures and methods. In the practical part I will practically apply the methods and procedures to data and information concerning the analyzed company. The strategic analysis itself is divided into external analysis, internal analysis and synthesis. The external analysis focuses on the company's macro-environment, the sector in which the company operates and its main competitors, with the aim of finding out the opportunities and threats that exist in the area. Internal analysis consists of examining the internal resources and capabilities of the company and the goal of internal analysis is to find the strengths and weaknesses of the company. The synthesis summarizes the findings and provides conclusions and recommendations.
