Suggestion and optimization of management accounting system in a production company

Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je analyzovat stávající situaci v konkrétním výrobním podniku a na základě zjištěných nedostatků navrhnout konkrétní způsoby optimalizace, které by mohl podnik v budoucnu implementovat, s důrazem na manažerský význam kalkulačně-výkonového účetnictví. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty poznatky související s manažerským účetnictvím, členěním nákladů, jejich alokací, kalkulacemi a jejich využitím v řízení. V praktické části je provedena hodnoticí analýza konkrétního podniku zabývajícího se zakázkovou polygrafickou výrobou. Na základě hodnoticí analýzy jsou navrženy možné optimalizace stávajícího systému manažerského účetnictví, které jsou následně demonstrovány na příkladu z podnikové praxe.

Abstract:

The aim of this Diploma thesis is to analyze the current situation in a particular production company and to suggest the possible ways of optimization, which the company could implement in the future. The theoretical part summarizes knowledge related to management accounting, costs, cost allocation, costing and its use in managing the company. In the practical part an evaluation analysis of a particular polygraphic production company is performed. On the basis of the evaluation analysis, possible optimization of the existing system of management accounting is suggested and subsequently demonstrated on the real example of the corporate practice.
