Differential diagnosis of chest pain in pre-hospital and hospital emergency care

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou diferenciální diagnostiky bolesti na hrudi v přednemocniční a nemocniční neodkladné péči. Práce je rozdělena do dvou častí na teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické časti je popsána v pěti kapitolách přednemocniční a nemocniční neodkladná péče, topografická anatomie vybraných částí horní poloviny těla, anamnéza a klinické vyšetření pacienta, bolest a diferenciální diagnostika bolesti na hrudi. V praktické části, jejímž hlavním cílem je přiblížit problematiku diferenciální diagnostiky bolesti na hrudi v přednemocniční a nemocniční neodkladné péči, jsou prezentovány výsledky kvalitativního šetření formou pěti reprezentativních kazuistik.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of differential diagnosis of chest pain in prehospital and hospital emergency care. The work is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes in five chapters prehospital and hospital emergency care, topographic anatomy of selected parts of the upper body, anamnesis and clinical ex-amination of the patient, pain, and differential diagnosis of chest pain. The practical part, the main goal of which is to approach the issue of differential diagnosis of chest pain in prehospital and hospital emergency care, presents the results of a qualitative survey in the form of five representative case reports.
