This bachelor thesis „Jan Ladislav Dusík – Piano Sonata f sharp minor op. 61 „Elégie harmonique“ deals with life of Jan Ladislav Dusík and summarizes characteristic signs of his work. Next chapters describe the circumstances of the composition of the Piano Sonata op. 61 and spectacular personality of Louis Ferdinand, Prince of Prussia.
