Abstract:

BARTÁK, Jaroslav. Management lidských zdrojů v hotelnictví. [Diplomová práce] Vysoká škola hotelová, Praha, 2015. 75 stran. Cílem této práce je analýza systémů řízení lidských zdrojů ve vybraných hotelech se zaměřením na problematiku vzdělávání pracovníků, mezilidských vztahů a motivaci pracovníků v hotelnictví. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část analytickou. Teoretická část popisuje názory odborníků na personální práci, metody vzdělávání a motivaci. V analytické části jsou popsány metody vzdělávání a motivace pracovníků ve vybraných hotelech. Zadanou problematiku popisuji na základě podkladů z hotelu Panorama Praha řetězce Corinthia Hotels International Limited, hotelu Clarion Prague City řetězce CPI Hotels, Top Hotelu Praha, K+K Hotels a řetězce Vienna International. Stanovil jsem si dvě hypotézy, které prací dokážu nebo vyvrátím. Při zpracování jsem vycházel z metody komparace (teorie a praxe), analýzy konkrétních metod a z informací získaných rozhovory či na základě korespondence odborníků z praxe.

BARTÁK, Jaroslav. Human Resources Management in Hospitality. [Master’s Dissertation] The Institute of Hospitality Management in Prague 8, Ltd., Prague, 2015. 75 pages. The object of this paper is an analysis of human resource management systems in selected hotels with focus on staff training, interpersonal relationships and motivation of the employees in the hotel industry. The work is divided into theoretical and analytical section. The theoretical part describes the views of experts on personnel matters, training methods and motivation. The analytical part describes the methods of training and motivation of the employees at selected hotels. The research part describes the given problems based on data from the Panorama Hotel Praha chain Corinthia Hotels International Limited, the Clarion Hotel Prague City chain CPI Hotels, Top Hotel Praha, K + K Hotels and chain Vienna International. I have settled two hypothesizes, which this thesis prove or disprove. When I came out of processing methods of comparison (theory and practice), analysis of specific methods and information obtained on the basis of interviews and correspondence practitioners.
