Abstract:
Cílem mé diplomové práce je personální řízení podniku v období krize. V diplomové práci nejprve objasňuji základní pojmy a popisuji hlavní souvislosti mezi ekonomickou situací a stylem řízení v podnicích.Následně provádím analýzu ve společnosti Embraco s.r.o. zaměřenou na nefinanční motivaci zaměstnanců. The aim of my thesis is a personnel management in times of crisis. In this thesis, I explain the basic concepts and describes the main connection between the economic situation and the style of management in enterprises.
