Abstract:

Anotace BLAŽEK, Pavel. Penitenciární péče o osoby ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Masarykova univerzita, Fakulta pedagogická, Katedra didaktických technologií, 2011. 60 s. Cílem mé bakalářské práce je vymezení problematiky penitenciární péče o odsouzené ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody a nastínění práce s těmito jedinci. Zaměřuji se na objasnění některých pojmů a definic programu zacházení s odsouzenými ve výkonu trestu. Zabývám se hlavními zásadami, nástroji procesu resocializace, kterými je především program zacházení s odsouzenými. Popisuji náplň práce odborných pracovníků Vězeňské služby (vychovatelů, psychologů, pedagogů, atd.). Zmiňuji se o penitenciární diagnostice odsouzených, na jejímž základě se vypracovává komplexní zpráva odsouzeného. Cílem je poukázat na pozitiva a negativa programu zacházení.

Annotation BLAŽEK, Pavel. Care of persons serving prison sentences. Bachelor’s Thesis. Brno: Masaryk University, Pedagogic faculty, Department of didactic technology, 2011. 60 s. The aim of my Bachelor’s Thesis is the definition of the problems of penal care of prisoners and the outlining of work with these individuals. It is focussed on the clarification of several concepts and definition of the prisoner treatment program. I am concerned with the main principles and tools of the process of reintegrating offenders back into society – which is foremost, the treatment program. I describe the employment scope of the specialists in the Prison Service (educators, psychologists, pedagogues, etc.). I also mention the penal diagnosis of the offenders, on which basis a detailed report is compiled. The aim is to show the positives and negatives of the treatment program.
