Abstract:
Autorka nejdříve charakterizuje širší rámec manažerské funkce vedení lidí. Blíže vysvětluje teorie motivace, jednotlivé modely řídícího stylu, rozdíl mezi rolí manažera a lídra. V rámci projektové studie analyzuje řídící styl vedoucích pracovníků v Nemocnici Na Homolce s využitím Situačního modelu Paula Herseye a Kennetha H. Blancharda. The author first describes the broader framework of management styles. Further closer explains the motivation theory, the models of management style and the diference between the roles of manager and leader.
