Tato práce rozebírá projev Winstona Churchilla, který přednesl 19. září 1946 na univerzitě v Curychu. Na Churchillův projev je nahlíženo v kontextu vývoje myšlenky evropského sjednocení. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. V první je věnována pozornost vývoji událostí v Evropě před rokem 1946 a jejich vlivu na evropské sjednocení po druhé světové válce. This thesis analyzes the Winston Churchill's speech which was presented on 19th September 1946 at the University of Zurich.
