Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou pracovní spokojenosti a pracovní motivací. Celá práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část pojednává o teorii pracovní spokojenosti a pracovní motivaci, kterou se zabývá již řadu let mnoho odborníků a uvedli ji ve své literatuře.
