Abstract:
Diplomová práce analyzuje odlišnosti právní úpravy správních řízení vedených Úřadem pro ochranu hospodářské soutěže od obecného správního řízení v režimu správního řádu.
Abstract:
This thesis analyzes the differences in legislation of administrative proceedings, which are maintained by the Office for the Protection of Competition, from the general administrative procedure under the Administrative Code.
