Cílem bakalářské práce je definovat marketingovou komunikaci značky ŠKODA pro vozy po záruční době, kterou firma ŠKODA Auto a.s. směřuje na své obchodní partnery, tzn. autorizované prodejce a servisní partnery, provést analýzu procesu marketingové komunikace, upozornit na nedostatky marketingové komunikace a navrhnout zlepšení. The goal of the thesis was to define marketing communication of the Škoda company, for customers with Škoda cars after warranty period in the Czech Republic. The marketing communication was researched through whole Škoda network – from producer to distributor and finally to authorized dealers and service partners.
