Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá nutně použitelnými normami a safety rules (pravidla bezpečnosti a chování) obecně a pak v rámci nařízení Řím II. Cílem této práce je definice a analýza těchto institutů, jejich použití a dopad na mimosmluvní závazkové vztahy s mezinárodním prvkem, srovnání těchto institutů a zkoumání jejich vzájemných vazeb.

This diploma thesis deals with overriding mandatory provisions and the rules of safety and conduct (the safety rules) in general and then in the context of the Rome II Regulation.
