Transit program and supported employment persons with mental handicap
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce „Tranzitní program a podporované zaměstnávání osob s mentálním postižením“ pojednává o specifických odlišnostech lidí s mentálním postižením, jejich přípravě na životní změny za podpory tranzitních programů a o možnostech pracovního uplatnění těchto osob na otevřeném trhu práce s pomocí podporovaného zaměstnávání.
Abstract:
The bachelor work "Transit program and supported employment persons with mental handicap" deals with specific differences of mentally handicapped people, their training for life changes with the support of transit programmes, and possibilities for these people to assert themselves in the open labour market with the aid of the supported employment.
