The Comparison of institutional arrangements and functions of supreme state authorities in the U.S. and UK
Abstract:
Pozvolný evoluční vývoj nejvyšších státních orgánů ve Velké Británii a jejich funkce. Vznik Ústavy USA s důrazem na dělbu moci. Funkce nejvyšších státních orgánů v USA (prezident, kongres, Nejvyšší soud), s důrazem na soudní interpretaci ústavy.
Abstract:
Gradual evolutionary development of the supreme state institutions in the UK and their functions. The emergence of the U.S. Constitution with emphasis on separation of powers. Function of the supreme state authorities in the U.S. (President, Congress, Supreme Court), with an emphasis on judicial interpretation of the Constitution.
