Food wastage in Czech households
Abstract:
Práce řeší problém plýtvání potravinami v českých domácnostech, hledá závislosti mezi jednotlivými faktory, které objem vyhozeného jídla ovlivňují a zkoumá spo-třebitelské chování. Na základě analýzy sekundárních dat a její komparace s daty primárními, která byla sesbíraná dotazníky, spotřebními deníky a hloubkovými rozhovory, identifikuje problémové oblasti. Bachelor thesis is dealing with the issue of food waste in Czech households. It ex-amines the dependences between individual factors responsible for higher food wastage and consumers behaviour.
