Abstract:

Teoretická část práce popisuje vývoj profese perioperačních sester, počátky operování a historii specializačního vzdělávání. Dále se teoreticky věnuje vzdělávání perioperačních sester, jejich kompetencím a dovednostem, průběhu hospitalizace a předoperační, perioperační a pooperační péči a technice instrumentování. Výzkumná část se skládá z kvantitativního výzkumu provedeného metodou nestandardizovaného dotazníku. Dotazník byl rozdán sestrám a porodním asistentkám, které pracují na operačních sálech různého typu. Dotazník byl zaměřen na pracovní, kvalifikační a vzdělávací podmínky, na organizaci práce na operačních sálech a na důležitost činností perioperačních sester.

Abstract:

The theoretical part of the thesis describes the development of the profession of perioperative nurses beginnings operating a history of specialized education. Furthermore, theoretically dedicated to the education of perioperative nurses, their competencies and skills, during hospitalization and preoperative, perioperative and postoperative care and instrumented technique. The experimental part consists of quantitative research conducted by non-standardized questionnaire. The questionnaire was distributed to nurses and midwives who work in operating rooms of various types. The questionnaire focused on work, skills and learning conditions, the organization of work in operating rooms and on the relevance of perioperative nurses.
