Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Venkovské oblasti České republiky – teoreticko-metodické přístupy“ je popis vymezení venkovských oblastí a jejich odlišnost od městských sídel, přístupy k jejich vymezování, jejich vymezení v národních dokumentech a jejich typologie. Druhá kapitola je významná rozborem jednotlivých významů venkovských oblastí, nejen ekonomických a sociálních. Třetí kapitola popisuje problémy venkova, zejména jeho nedostatečné materiální vybavení, dopravní obslužnost, problém změny v osídlení, nezaměstnanost, ale i narušení venkovské zástavby v obci. Čtvrtá kapitola nabízí řešení na národní úrovni regionálního rozvoje, ale i na evropské úrovni formou fondů Evropské unie – popisuje možnost získání finančních prostředků z Regionálního operačního programu Jihovýchod.

Abstract:

The goal of the submitted thesis: “The rural regions Czech Republic – theoretical-methodical approaches” is a description of the rural regions and their diversity from the town place, approaches to their delimitation, their limitation in the national documents and their typology. The second chapter is significant throw analysis separate importance of the rural regions, not only economical and social. The third chapter describes the problems of the country, especially its insufficient material equipment, traffic service, problem of the change in settlement, unemployment, but even disturbance of rural build-up area in the village. The fourth chapter offer resolution on the nation level of the region development, but even the European level by the form of the fund of the European Union – it describes a possibility to get the finance from the Regional operational program South-East.
