Health risks of the Mladá Boleslav region with a focus on biological threats

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá identifikací zdravotních rizik na území Mladoboleslavska, konkrétně okresu Mladá Boleslav, se zaměřením na pandemii SARS-CoV-2. V diplomové práci se rovněž zabývám teorií rizika a krizovým řízením včetně metod používaných k analýze rizik. V dané lokalitě byla analyzována zdravotní rizika se zaměřením na biologické hrozby. V práci jsme se také soustředili na analýzu dat incidence infekčních onemocnění (biologických hrozeb) s důrazem na data při výskytu pandemie COVID-19. Data byla získána z Krajské hygienické stanice Středočeského kraje, z datových sad Ministerstva zdravotnictví a Národního zdravotnického informačního sytému. Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na výzkum a zhodnocení dat se zaměřením na náchylnost jednotlivých věkových skupin včetně pohlaví k onemocnění COVID-19 způsobené virem SARS-CoV-2 za využití matematických metod.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the identification of health risks in the territory of Mladá Boleslav, specifically the district of Mladá Boleslav, with a focus on the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic. In my diploma thesis I also deal with risk theory and crisis management, including methods used for risk analysis. Health risks with a focus on biological threats were analyzed in the given locality. In this work, we also focused on the analysis of data on the incidence of infectious diseases (biological threats) with emphasis on data in the occurrence of the pandemic COVID-19. The data were obtained from the Regional Hygiene Station of the Central Bohemian Region, from data sets of the Ministry of Health and the National Health Information System. The diploma thesis focuses on research and evaluation of data with a focus on the susceptibility of individual age groups, including gender, to COVID-19 disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus using mathematical methods.
