Horizontální přenos genů u bakterií zprostředkovaný transdukcí

Horizontal transfer of genes in bacteria mediated by bacteriophages
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na popis transdukce, jejího mechanismu a jevů s ní spojených. Nedílnou součástí jsou informace o vlivu transdukce na bakteriální evoluci a příklady přenášených genů. Nechybí ani stručné představení dvou dalších procesů horizontálního přenosu, konjugace a transformace. V závěru jsou uvažovány možnosti do budoucna a možný přínos pro lidský život.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with description of transduction, its mechanism and associated phenomenons. Important part of this thesis make informations about influence in bacterial evolution and examples of transferred genes. Introduction of both another horizontal transfer processes, conjugation and transformation, also doesn't miss. Conclusion is reserved for future plans and for possible use of transduction …more
