Produkce cytokinů eukaryotickými buňkami po kontaktu s bakteriemi rodu Salmonella

Abstract:
Cytokiny jsou klíčové komunikační molekuly mezi hostitelskými buňkami a uplatňují se v obraně proti enterickým patogenům, včetně salmonel. Infekce intestinálních epiteliálních buněk a makrofágů bakteriemi rodu Salmonella vede k indukci exprese mnoha chemokinů a prozánětlivých cytokinů. Abstract:
Cytokines are key communication moleculs between host cells in the defense against the enteric pathogen, including Salmonella. Infection with Salmonella induces expression of multiple chemokines and proinflammatory cytokines in culture intestinal epithelial cells and macrophages.
