Environment protection project funding - Clean River Becva project

Abstract:

V diplomové práci se zabývám vztahem EU k ochraně životního prostředí. V teoretické části popisuji strukturální fondy a fond soudržnosti, metodiku finančních toků a controllingové nástroje vhodné pro kontrolu finančního plánu. V praktické části je po-psán projekt Čistá řeka Bečva, jeho finanční plán a údaje o skutečném plnění. Velká po-zornost je věnována vyčíslení odchylek od plánu. Na základě předchozích poznatků jsou stanoveny kritické body projektu a doporučení pro konečného příjemce do dalších fází realizace.

Abstract:

In this master thesis I deal with the relation of the EU to the environment. Theoretical part is describing structural funds, Cohesion fund, methodology of financial flows and controlling instruments suitable for control of financial plan. Practical part fo-cuses on the project Clean river Bečva, financial plan of this project and description of its real performance. Proper look out is devoted to the calculation of plan variation. On the basis of previous experiences there are critical points set and there are given rec-ommendations to the final beneficiary for the next period of implementation.
