Securing an apartment building

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zabezpečení bytového domu se zaměřením na analýzu ochrany konkrétního panelového domu v obci Louny. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou popsány právní předpisy zabývající se problematikou bezpečnosti. Dále jsou definovány jednotlivé prvky ochrany bytového domu. V praktické části je popsán stávající stav zabezpečení panelového domu. Dále je proveden rozbor tohoto zabezpečení a vyhodnoceny jednotlivé faktory SWOT analýzy. Součástí práce je i nastínění možností řešení zabezpečení domu, doplněné o vlastní doporučení autora.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the security of an apartment building with a focus on the protection analysis of a concrete block of flats in Louny. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the safety legislation issues. Furthermore, individual elements of a residential house protection are defined. The practical part describes a current security status of the block of flats and also evaluates its security and individual factors of the SWOT analysis. Part of the work is also outlining the possibilities of the house security, supplemented by the author's own recommendations.
