Consumer behavior in the field of healthy nutrition within the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce s názvem „Spotřebitelské chování v oblasti zdravé výživy v České republice“ se zabývá nákupním chováním typického českého spotřebitele a jeho vztahu ke zdravé výživě. Celá práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická se zaměřuje na vysvětlení stěžejních pojmů k tématům zdravé výživy, spotřebitele, produktu, nákupního chování, segmentace a také základů marketingového výzkumu. Tyto vědomosti jsou nutné pro podložení praktické části, která má za cíl dokázat, že český spotřebitel není dostatečně informován o zdravém způsobu stravování a o kvalitě a složení výrobků. Respektive, že se český spotřebitel nechá zmanipulovat nápisy a informacemi, jež jsou uvedené na obalu a etiketě produktu.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis entitled "Consumer behavior in the field of healthy nutrition within the Czech Republic" deals with buying behavior of a typical Czech consumer and his relationship with healthy nutrition. This thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical one focuses on explaining key concepts on the topics of healthy nutrition, consumer, product, buying behavior, segmentation and also the basics of marketing research. This knowledge is necessary to substantiate the practical part, which aims to prove that the Czech consumer is not well-informed about a healthy diet and the quality and ingredients of products. Respectively, that the Czech consumer lets himself be manipulated by inscriptions and information that are stated on the packaging and label of the product.
